Benton and Metals Creek gain TSXV approval for joint acquisition of mineral licenses in Newfoundland.

Benton Resources and Metals Creek Resources received TSX Venture Exchange approval to jointly acquire a 50% interest each in two mineral licenses covering 50 claim units in Newfoundland's Deer Lake Basin and Parsons Pond areas. The acquisition from G2B Gold includes a 2% net smelter royalty, with the option to buy half of it for $1 million. Benton also separately acquired a 100% interest in an adjacent mineral license, which ties into its Dominion Copper-Gold-Zinc project near Buchans and Equinox Gold's Valentine Gold mine. This strategic expansion strengthens Benton's portfolio and supports its focus on advancing key mineral projects in Newfoundland.
