This investment aims to prepare Allstate's teams for evolving home, vehicle, and repair technologies, ensuring customers receive expert guidance during recovery from accidents or disasters. The university includes full-scale homes and nearly 30 vehicles to train on complex damage and repair techniques, reflecting Allstate's commitment to quality service and innovation in claims handling.
