Aecon's Chairman John M. Beck to step down; Scott Thon to become new Board Chair.

Scott Thon, the current Lead Director, is set to become the new independent Chair of the Board, pending shareholder approval. Beck, who has led Aecon for over 60 years and played a key role in its growth and transformation, will be honored as Chairman Emeritus.
