A lawsuit has been filed against Alexandria Real Estate Equities, accusing the company of providing false information about leasing spreads, tenant pipeline, and occupancy growth for its Long Island City life-science property. The complaint claims Alexandria overstated the property's value and downplayed risks and declining occupancy. An amended complaint was filed in April 2026, and the company moved to dismiss the case in May 2026.
