Aduro Clean Technologies completed a private placement raising C$9.16 million by selling 431,884 shares at C$21.20 each. The funds will support technology development, marketing activities, working capital, and general corporate needs. The offering was conducted under Canadian securities exemptions and included participation from company insiders. Aduro aims to advance its clean technology that recycles low-value raw materials into higher-value resources using its patented Hydrochemolytic™ process.
