What should be considered when conducting Indonesian Asset Verification?

To keep your Indonesian Asset Verification on Pluang moving smoothly, four things need to match and be accurate: the personal data you enter must match your ID card exactly, your signature must match the one on your e-KTP, the name on your bank account must match the name registered on your Pluang account, and — if you're a WNI applying for Indonesian Stocks — you need an active BCA or Bank Jago account in your own name, since that account is used to open your RDN automatically on approval. Any mismatch on these points is the most common reason verification gets rejected and has to be resubmitted, which restarts the 1–2 business day review clock. If your occupation is listed as Homemaker, Student, or University Student, you'll also need your latest Family Card (Kartu Keluarga).

Related questions:

Q: What happens if my bank account name doesn't match my Pluang account?
Your verification will be rejected. The name on the bank account you submit must exactly match the name registered in your Pluang account and on your e-KTP — even a shortened name or a missing middle name is enough to stop the review until you resubmit with matching details.

Q: Do I need a Family Card even if I already have a job?
No. The Family Card is only required if your registered occupation is Homemaker, Student, or University Student. If you're employed or self-employed, you can skip this document entirely.

Q: Can I use a bank other than BCA or Bank Jago for my RDN?
No, not currently. BCA and Bank Jago are Pluang's only two RDN bank partners. If you only want Mutual Fund access, any active bank account in your own name is accepted instead.

Q: What should I do if I notice a mistake after submitting my verification?
Contact Pluang Care through in-app live chat, tanya@pluang.com, or the call center. If the mistake causes a rejection, you'll be prompted to resubmit corrected information, restarting the 1–2 business day review.
