Unable to Access Authenticator / Losing Key Code
You’ve lost access to your authenticator app or no longer have the device where the app was installed. Without it, you can’t generate the verification code required for login or sensitive actions. This can happen if your phone was lost, reset, or you accidentally deleted the authenticator app without backing up the key. As a result, you're locked out from accessing your Pluang account or completing certain actions.

Step 1: If you still have key code, you can just enter the secret code on your new device or new app.

Step 2: If you lose access to the key code, you can contact Pluang Care. Our team will need to do some verification in order to reset your authenticator.
