PT Victoria Insurance Tbk (the Company) has been established since 1978 under the name Great PT. Asuransi Agung Asia. In November 1989, changed its name to PT. Asuransi Summa and changed back in July 1993 under the name General PT Asuransi Centris and as of August 2010, all shares and the Companys management was taken over by a large company group under the banner of Victoria and the Company name was changed to PT Victoria Insurance. Victoria Group is a national investment holding company with portfolio business including financial services, banking, chemicals, steel, agricultural, plantations.

About Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk.

PT Zebra Nusantara Tbk. (the Company) was founded on January 8th, 1987 under the name PT Zebra Taxi. The Company, which started its operation on April 1987 with 25 taxi units has developed rapidly into a company with the biggest taxi fleet in Surabaya. On January 23, 1996, the Capital Market Supervisory Board (Bapepam) approved the tender offered by PT Infiniti Wahana to buy PT Zebra Nusantara’s shares at Rp 2,625 per share.
