Established on May 9, 1990 under the name PT Trimulya Securindolestari, which was later changed to PT Trimegah Securindolestari on May 28, 1990. The Company earned Broker-dealer License and Underwriting License from Capital Market Supervisory Agency in 1992 and 1993.On October 12, 1999, the Company's name became PT Trimegah Securities Tbk, and on January 31, 2000 the Company listed its shares on the Jakarta Stock Exchange (now the Indonesia Stock Exchange) with the stock code TRIM.To comply with the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 20/POJK.04/2016 concerning Licensing of Securities Companies Conducting Business as Underwriter and Brokerdealer, effective as of July 29, 2016, the Company changed the name to PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk.Currently PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk has 3 business units and 1 subsidiary. Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Division provides equity brokerage service for retail and institutional clients, and margin lending facility. Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Division facilitates Government Bond transactions, Retail Government Bond, Retail Sharia Government Bond, Saving Sharia Government Bond, Savings Bond Retail and corporate bonds. Investment Banking (IB) Division provides bonds and equity underwriting service as well as financial advisory, including merger & acquisition, divestment, valuation, due diligence, corporate restructuring and financing.On January 31, 2011, PT Trimegah Asset Management as subsidiary of PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk, earnedbusiness license as Investment Management Company. PT Trimegah Asset Management provides a variety of equity, balanced, fixed income and money market funds tailored to the needs of corporations, financial institutions and pension funds.Starting April 2014, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk also conducts as Mutual Fund Selling Agent for retail clients. All products and services for retail clients are served through 14 branch offices in 12 cities throughout Indonesia. To complete our services, we also provide online facility for retail clients to invest in stocks and mutual funds.PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk is Securities Company Member of the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
