Tri Polyta Indonesia, Tbk (the Company) was established under the Domestic Capital Investment Law No. 6 year 1968 and Law No. 12 year 1970 by Notarial Deed No. 40 dated November 2, 1984 of Ridwan Suselo, S.H., notary public in Jakarta.
