The amendment includes, among others, par value of share, increase in capital paid up. The amendment was approved by Ministry of Justice in the Decision Letter No C-08530.HT.01.04.TH.2003 dated 17 April 2003 and was published in the State Gazette No. 49, Supplement No. 4860 dated June 20, 2003.
