Express Transindo Utama, PT (the Company) formerly PT Kasih Bhakti Utama was established on June 11, 1981 based on Notarial Deed No. 9 of Max Lahoendoeitan, S,H., substitude notary of Nico Rudolf Makahanap, S.H., notary in Jakarta which was amended by Notarial Deed No. 8 dated February 3, 1986 of Nico Rudolf Makahanap S.H., notary in Jakarta.

About Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Perusahaan perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was originally a part of “Post en Telegraafdienst”, which was established in 1884. The government separated postal & telecommunication services in 1965 into two state-owned companies, PN Pos & Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, respectively.
