About Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk.

PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk (the Company) was originally a joint venture between a subsidiary of Kaiser Cement and Gypsum Corp. and PT Semen Gresik. Founded in 1971, the company owns a factory in Narogong, West Java, with an annual capacity of 3 million tons. The Company changed its foreign capital investment status (PMA) to domestic capital investment (PMDN) based on the approval from Chairman of Capital Investment Coordinating Board No. 17/V/1988 dated November 19, 1988. Effective January 1, 2006, the Company changed its name from PT Semen Cibinong Tbk. to PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk.

PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk (the Company) was established in 1972 under the name of PT Tjiwi Kimia and was later renamed to become PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia in 1974. The total production capacity as of December 31, 1999 for the printing and writing paper stood at 1.014.000 tonnes per annum, packaging and converted products at 78.000 tonnes per annum and stationery at 275.000 tonnes per annum.The Company started its commercial production in 1977.
