About Sekar Bumi Tbk.

PT Sekar Bumi Tbk. ("hereinafter called the Company") was established within the framework of the Domestic Capital Investment Law No.6 year 1968, juncto No.12 year 1970 based on the notarial deed No. 42 dated April 12, 1973 of Djoko Supadmo, SH, notary in Surabaya. PT Sekar Bumi Tbk is an Indonesia-based manufacturing company. It operates plants to process maritime, farming and animal husbandry products. The Company has seven subsidiaries, which are engaged in the production of frozen food, cashew nut oil and animal feed. Headquartered in Surabaya, Indonesia, the Company also operates production facilities in Sidoarjo and Denpasar, as well as fish ponds in Bone and Mare in Sulawesi island.

Perusahaan perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was originally a part of “Post en Telegraafdienst”, which was established in 1884. The government separated postal & telecommunication services in 1965 into two state-owned companies, PN Pos & Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, respectively.
