The Company’s articles of association has been amended several times, most recently by notarial deed No. 5 of Meiyane, S.H., dated Apr 26, 2006, concerning company public offering. On December 24, 2014 the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting Approved the change of name into PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk.
