On July 29th, 1997, the Extraordinary Shareholders meeting held by the Company has approved the sale of assets and of the whole share participation on the Company in PT Praweda Ciptakarsa Informatika and PT Sumber Daya Praweda Informatika. In order to strengthen its equity and settle the foreign currently loan, the Company has conducted its first Right Issue and has submitted the registration statement on May 8th, 2000 to the Capital Advisory Board (BAPEPAM). The Company started its operations on October 20, 1952. The name was changed from previous name PT NVPD Soedarpo Corporation.
