PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (the Company) formerly PT. Surya Citra Televisi, or popularly known as SCTV, started operations in Surabaya the capital of East Java in 1990 as a regional television station to server the province and the island of Bali. In 1993, pursuant to moving its headquarters to Jakarta, SCTV began broadcasting nationwide. In 29 Jan 1999 PT Cipta Aneka Selaras was established at jakarta and the company changed to PT Surya Citra Media at 31 Dec 2001. PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk is the ultimate parent company of the Company and Subsidiaries.

About Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk

PT Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk (The Company) was established based on Deed No. 245 dated April 22, 1981 jo. Revision deed No. 14 dated January 11, 1982, both of which were made in front of Notary Kartini Muljadi, SH. The Company started its commercial production in November 1983. The Companys domicilie is in South of Jakarta with its factories in Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
