About Terregra Asia Energy Tbk.

PT Terregra Asia Energy Tbk (the Company) formerly was established (PT Mitra Megatama Perkasa) based on Notarial Deed No. 31 dated November 7, 1995 of T. Francisca Teresa N. S.H., a public notary in Denpasar. The Company was established as a Mechanical and Electrical contractor focusing on the power generating sector, primarily working for PLN, Indonesia’s national electricity company.
