PT Rukun Raharja (the company) was established by deed No. 290 dated December 24, 1993 were made before Ir. Rusli, S.H., and amended by deed No. 163 dated February 19, 1994 which made Kristianto, S.H., notary in Jakarta.On Jan 2003, the company offered 120.000.000 stock and 84.000.000 warrant through the Surabaya Stock Exchange with par value of Rp 100 and offering price Rp 110.The Company started its commercial operations on Jan 2002 with early main bussines in property.

About Trias Sentosa Tbk.

PT Trias Sentosa Tbk was established on November 23, 1979 and started commercial operation in 1984 with total capacity of 4.500 tons BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film per annum. In 1989, the Company completed expansion of its second line BOPP film with capacity of 7.500 tons per annum. In 1993, the Company completed its expansion of third line BOPP film with capacity of 12.000 tons per annum, and in 1995, Polyester film project with total capacity of 12.000 tons were completed. In 1996, the Company completed its expansion of fourth line BOPP film with total capacity of 16.000 tons. Currently, the Company is the largest BOPP Film and Polyester Film producer in Indonesia.
