The latest amendment was based on Notarial Deed No. 4 of Leolin Jayanti SH dated March 8, 2011 pertaining of change composition of the Company's board of Commissioners and Boards of Directors, issuance of new share to be offered to the public in the Initial Public Offering, and amendment of the Article of Association of the Company to become a public entity.
