About Prodia Diagnostic Line Tbk

PT Prodia Diagnostic Line Tbk (the Company) was established April 16, 2010 with the name of PT DiaLine Systems Indonesia based on Notarial Deed No. 22 of Rismalena Kasri, S.H. On April 25, 2011, PT DiaLine Systems Indonesia changed the Companys name to PT Prodia Diagnostic Line based on Notarial Deed No. 14 of Rismalena Kasri, S.H. The Company is in the form of a Limited Liability Company in 2010 and began commercial production in 2011. The production results are marketed locally. The parent and ultimate parent entity of the Company is PT Prodia Utama.

Perusahaan perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was originally a part of “Post en Telegraafdienst”, which was established in 1884. The government separated postal & telecommunication services in 1965 into two state-owned companies, PN Pos & Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, respectively.
