About Golden Flower Tbk.

PT Golden Flower (The Company) was established on Semarang based on Deed of Incorporation No. 11 dated March 7, 1989 Notary Joeni Moeljani, S.H., The Company's Deed of establishment was corrected by Deed No. 26 dated July 10, 1996 by Notary Lenie Sahara Hardjanto Loebis, S.H., the Company name was changed to PT Puspa Sari Kencana. This Deed has been approved by Minister of Justice of the Republic Indonesia through Decree No. C2-9266 HT.01.01.Th.96 and was published in Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia dated April 22, 1997, No. 32. The Company name was changed according to Deed No. 1 dated April 2, 1997 from Notary Lenie Sahara Hardjanto Loebis, S.H., becoming PT Puspa Masindo, and finally the name of the Company changes again to become PT Golden Flower according to deed No. 20 dated October 14, 2004 from Notary Lenie Sahara Hardjanto Loebis, S.H., and was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree No. C-11028 HT.01.04.TH.2005 on April 25, 2005.
