PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk (the Company) was established within the framework of the Domestic Capital Investment Law No. 6 year 1968 as amended by Law No. 12 year 1970 based on notarial deed No. 31 dated April 23, 1983 of Sastra Kosasih, S.H., notary in Surabaya. PT Ometraco Realty, is a member of the Ometraco Group. The company operates in developing and managing apartments, office properties, hotels and shopping centers.

About Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Perusahaan perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was originally a part of “Post en Telegraafdienst”, which was established in 1884. The government separated postal & telecommunication services in 1965 into two state-owned companies, PN Pos & Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, respectively. In 1974, PN Telekomunikasi was further divided into two state-owned companies, Perusahaan Umum Telekomunikasi (Perumtel) and PT Inti.
