PT Onix Capital Tbk (formerly PT JJ NAB Capital Tbk), was established with the initial establishment of PT Piranti Ciptadhana Amerta based on Notarial Deed No 30 dated October 6, 1989 of Amrul Partomuan Pohan, S.H., LLM, Public notary in Jakarta. Based on Notarial Deed No. 4 dated December 14, 2007 of Andalia Farida, S.H., M.h., public notary in Jakarta, the Company changed its name from PT Okansa Capital Tbk to PT JJ NAB Capital Tbk.

About Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Perusahaan perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was originally a part of “Post en Telegraafdienst”, which was established in 1884. The government separated postal & telecommunication services in 1965 into two state-owned companies, PN Pos & Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, respectively.
