Based on Notarial Deed No. 4 dated December 14, 2007 of Andalia Farida, S.H., M.h., public notary in Jakarta, the Company changed its name from PT Okansa Capital Tbk to PT JJ NAB Capital Tbk.

PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure (the Company) was established under its original name of PT Banyan Mas on Nov 8th, 2004 then changed to PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure based on Notaries Deed dated Oct 24, 2009 and the deed of establishment was approved by the the Ministry of Justice dated Feb 13, 2008.
