On 22 September 2010, the Board of Commissioners and Directors of Bank OCBC NISP and PT Bank OCBC Indonesia (Bank OCBC Indonesia) approved the merger plan related to the merger of Bank OCBC Indonesia into Bank OCBC NISP where Bank OCBC NISP will become the surviving Bank.
