About Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk.

The State Owned Company Waskita Karya (the Company) was established on January 1, 1961 based on Government Regulation No. 62 year 1961, from a foreign company named Volker Aanemings Maatschappij NV which nationalized by the Government of Republic Indonesia. According to Government Regulation No. 40 year 1970, the Companys status was changed from Perusahaan Negara (PN) into Perusahaan (Persero).
