Pelayaran Nelly Dwi Putri, PT was established on 5 Feb 1977. The Company was founded with the name of PT Dwi Putri Nelly Chemical. Initially the business of the Company is engaged in general trade and industry, the chemical industry by producing glue for plywood used in the processing industry (plywood). Then in 1978 the Company began to expand its business in the wood processing industry (sawmills and plywood) and hauling logs for meet the needs of PT Panca Enterprises Palopo Palopo Plywood located in South Sulawesi. PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk (the Company) was established in 1972 under the name of PT Tjiwi Kimia and was later renamed to become PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia in 1974. The total production capacity as of December 31, 1999 for the printing and writing paper stood at 1.014.000 tonnes per annum, packaging and converted products at 78.000 tonnes per annum and stationery at 275.000 tonnes per annum.The Company started its commercial production in 1977.
