About Capitalinc Investment Tbk.

PT Capitalinc Investment Tbk formerly PT Bakrie Finance Corporation Tbk hereinafter called the Company was established based on deed No.15 dated November 11, 1993 of Notary Soedarno, SH. The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in his decree No. C2.7999-HT.01.01.Th.83 dated December 12, 1983 and was published in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No.4 dated January 13, 1984, Supplement No.35.Before the amendment in its articles of association, the scope of its activities include leasing, factoring receivable and consumer financing. The Company obtained its operating license as a financial institution from the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia through decree No.295/KMK.013/1990 dated March 3, 1990. In line with the change in the Company’s scope of activities, the Company’s financing activities have been transferred to PT Swadinamika Bakrie Finance, a subsidiary.

About Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk.

PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (Perseroan) established under Act No. 19 of 1960 jo Government Regulation No. 64 year 1961 on Establishment of State Company/PN Widjaja Karja March 29, 1961. Based on Government Regulation No. 64, the building company previously owned by Dutch named Naamloze Vennootschap Technische Handel Maatschappij en Bouwbedrijf Vis en Co. which has been subject to nationalization, was merged into the PN Widjaja Karja.Based on Goverment Regulation No. 40 dated July 22, 1971 PN. Widjaja Karja declared dissolved and transformed into Limited Liability Company (PERSERO).
