The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in his decree No. C2.7999-HT.01.01.Th.83 dated December 12, 1983 and was published in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No.4 dated January 13, 1984, Supplement No.35.Before the amendment in its articles of association, the scope of its activities include leasing, factoring receivable and consumer financing. The Company obtained its operating license as a financial institution from the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia through decree No.295/KMK.013/1990 dated March 3, 1990.
