(the Company), previously known as PT Dayamitra Malindo, was established on October 18, 1995 in the framework of the Republic of Indonesia Foreign Investment Law No. 1 of 1967, as amended by Law No. 11 of 1970, with the approval of the President of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No.B-576/ Pres/10/1995 dated October 16, 1995. The Company changed its name from PT Dayamitra Malindo to PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk. by Notarial Deed from Hendra Karyadi, S.H., No. 53 dated August 28, 1997. Furthermore, based on the Decree of theHead of the Investment Coordinating Board No. 244/T/Perhubungan/2006 dated March 22, 2006, the change of the Company's status as foreign investment has changed to domestic.
