The Company changed its name from PT Dayamitra Malindo to PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk. by Notarial Deed from Hendra Karyadi, S.H., No. 53 dated August 28, 1997. Furthermore, based on the Decree of theHead of the Investment Coordinating Board No. 244/T/Perhubungan/2006 dated March 22, 2006, the change of the Company's status as foreign investment has changed to domestic.
