PT. Matahari Putra Prima Tbk was established on March 11, 1986. The company’s head office is located at Menara Matahari – Lippo Karawaci. As of December 31, 2000, the company and a subsidiary ( PT Matahari Super Ekonomi ) operate all of the 77 stores known as Matahari Department Store, Galeria Matahari, Mega M, Super Ekonomi and Super Bazaar located in Jakarta and other cities in Indonesia.

About Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Perusahaan perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was originally a part of “Post en Telegraafdienst”, which was established in 1884. The government separated postal & telecommunication services in 1965 into two state-owned companies, PN Pos & Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, respectively.
