PT Mitra International Resources Tbk formerly PT Mitra Rajasa was established based on Deed No.285 dated April 24, 1979 of Ridwan Suselo, SH., a public notary in Jakarta, and operates as a trucking enterprise. The company started out with 20 trucks carrying cement for Indocement to all parts of Java.

Perusahaan perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was originally a part of “Post en Telegraafdienst”, which was established in 1884. The government separated postal & telecommunication services in 1965 into two state-owned companies, PN Pos & Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, respectively.
