PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk (the Company) was established under its original name of PT Vidya Cipta Leasing Corporation on Aug 13th, 1983, then changed to PT Lautan Berlian Leasing at 1990. On 1996 company's name changed to PT Gracia Dinamika Mulifinance and in 1997 the name changed to PT Mandala Multifinance.The articles of association has been amended most recently by notarial deed no 34 dated 28 Apr 2005 concerning among others, the change in the company's name and public offering of stock.
