PT Bank Multicor (Bank) was established under its original name of PT Multinational Finance Corporation base on notarial deed No.4 of Mr Bagijo, S.H, dated on Apr 2, 1974. The Company’s articles of association has been amended several times, most recently by notarial deed No. 143 of Eliwati Tjitra, S.H., dated Mar 21, 2007, concerning among others, the change in the Company’s name, Anggaran Dasar and public offering. The Bank's name was changed to PT Bank Windu Kentjana International Tbk.

About Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk.

PT Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk (the Company) was established in the Republic of Indonesia on January 19, 1973 based on the Notarial Deed No. 80 of Julian Nimrod Siregar, S.H. The Company began its business with the establishment of PT Djangkar Djati in Medan, North Sumatera in 1964 for importing and exporting consumer goods to Singapore. In the same year, the company was entrusted to distribute BAT cigarettes. In 1973, the distribution business was expanded to distribute imported BAT cigarettes. Since 1973, the business was also expanded to a wider range of products such as candies and snack, beverages, milk powder, instant noodle, jelly and disposable cigarette lighters. In line with the increasing number of product varieties, the company also expanded its distribution areas to big cities in Sumatera, Java and Kalimantan. In this year, the distribution business was transferred to PT Wicaksana Overseas Import, which in 1992 changed its name to PT Wicaksana Overseas International. In 1994, the company conducted a public offering of 20,000,000 shares with a par value of Rp 1,000 per share to the public at price of Rp 3,250 per share. Up to December 1995, the proceeds from the IPO have been fully used in conformity with the companys plan at the time of listing.
