The Company’s articles of association has been amended several times, most recently by notarial deed No. 143 of Eliwati Tjitra, S.H., dated Mar 21, 2007, concerning among others, the change in the Company’s name, Anggaran Dasar and public offering. The Bank's name was changed to PT Bank Windu Kentjana International Tbk.
