The Company’s immediate parent entity is PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara (formerlyPT Batutua Tambang Abadi) (“MEN”) and its ultimate parent entity is PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (“MDKA”), a company incorporated in Indonesia and listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (“IDX”).

About Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Perusahaan perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was originally a part of “Post en Telegraafdienst”, which was established in 1884. The government separated postal & telecommunication services in 1965 into two state-owned companies, PN Pos & Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, respectively.
