The majority shareholder of PT Danabina Sentana is PT Lumbung Artakencana which is a company established in Indonesia and the Bank’s ultimate shareholder that joined in business group of Wings Group.

PT Indo Straits (the "Company") was established based on Notarial Deed No 319 of Ridwan SH, dated January 21, 1985. The Company's Articles of Association have been amended several times.
