Yunardi, S.H. The Company’s articles of association has been amended several times, most recently by notarial deed No. 40 of Fathiah Helmi, S.H., dated Jan 30, 2007, concerning among others, change the company's name.

("hereinafter called the Company") was established within the framework of the Domestic Capital Investment Law No.6 year 1968, juncto No.12 year 1970 based on the notarial deed No. 42 dated April 12, 1973 of Djoko Supadmo, SH, notary in Surabaya. PT Sekar Bumi Tbk is an Indonesia-based manufacturing company. It operates plants to process maritime, farming and animal husbandry products. The Company has seven subsidiaries, which are engaged in the production of frozen food, cashew nut oil and animal feed. Headquartered in Surabaya, Indonesia, the Company also operates production facilities in Sidoarjo and Denpasar, as well as fish ponds in Bone and Mare in Sulawesi island.
