The Company commenced its commercial operations in 1985. PT Badra Arta, a company incorporated in Indonesia, is the parent entity of the Company.

On 3rd quarter of 1999, S&P Comstocks, Inc appointed the Company as its strategic partner for its data distribution agent in Indonesia.
