PT Terregra Asia Energy Tbk (the Company) formerly was established (PT Mitra Megatama Perkasa) based on Notarial Deed No. 31 dated November 7, 1995 of T. Francisca Teresa N. S.H., a public notary in Denpasar. Working with proven technologies combined with its own experienced development, power engineering and management professionals as well as its own O&M team and partnering with some of the most experienced renewable power developers and technology providers in the world, Terregra is aiming to have over 300 MW of sustainable generation in operation within the next 5 years.
