Kedawung Setia Industrial Tbk (the Company) was established under the name PT Kedawung Setia Industrial Ltd., under the Domestic Capital Investment Law No.6 of 1968 (as amended by Law No. 25 year 2007) based on Notarial Deed No. 30 dated January 9, 1973 of Djoko Soepadmo, S.H. PT. Kedawung Setia Industrial Tbk. produces and sells enamel cookware and it`s subsidiary company produces corrugated carton box.

About Timah Tbk.

PT Timah Tbk (Company) was officially establish by Imas Fatimah, SH by Notarial Deed No.1 dated 2 August 1976. The Company represents a merger of three Dutch Mining companies with operations in Indonesia. The Company’s registration statement in offer 50.330.000 new B class shares at par value of Rp. 500 per share in Indonesia was effective on 27 September 1995. In relation to the offering the new shares, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia also offered 125,825,000 B class shares which were represented by 12,582,500 GDR (each GDR representing 10 B class shares) to the public outside Indonesia. Gross profit for 1999 stand at Rp 751 billion, a figure 45% lower than that achieved in 1998, when gross profits reached Rp 1,362 billion.
