PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (the Company) was established within the framework of the Foreign Capital Investment Law No. 1 year 1967 based on Notarial Deed No. 59 dated January 18, 1971 of Djojo Muljadi, S.H., public notary, as amended by Notarial Deed No. 60 dated Februari 15, 1972, of the same notary. Japfa is currently the second largest animal feed producer in Indonesia with an estimated market share of around 35% in the domestic poultry feed market. Tembaga Mulia Semanan Tbk was incorporated based on the Notarial Deed No. 31 dated February 3, 1977 of Kartini Muljadi, S.H., as amended by Notarial Deed No. 48 dated July 6, 1977 of the same notary. The company has started commercial production since Dec 1979. And started production/assembly of electronics wire/cable in 1993. Drawn wire in 1995 and assembly of optical fibre cable in 1998, tinned copper in 1998.
