PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (the Company) was established within the framework of the Foreign Capital Investment Law No. 1 year 1967 based on Notarial Deed No. 59 dated January 18, 1971 of Djojo Muljadi, S.H., public notary, as amended by Notarial Deed No. 60 dated Februari 15, 1972, of the same notary. Japfa is currently the second largest animal feed producer in Indonesia with an estimated market share of around 35% in the domestic poultry feed market. About Megapower Makmur Tbk.

PT Megapower Makmur Tbk (the Company) was established based on notarial deed No. 05 dated August 1, 2007 and amended with deed No. 160 dated September 19, 2007, both made in front of Ms. Rose Takarina, S.H., notary in Jakarta. In 2010, Megapower Makmur had acquired by Bina Puri Holdings Bhd and start investing through Power plant in one of the Indonesia shortage of electricity area.
