Indonesia Paradise Property Tbk (the Company) was established under the name of PT Penta Karsa Lubrindo based on Notarial Deed No. 96 dated June 14, 1996 of Buntario Tigris Darmawa, NG, S.H., CN., and was amended of Rachmat Santoso, S.H., Public Notary in Jakarta. The Company is an Indonesia-based company engaged in the property sector, hotel operation, general contractor and general trading. The Company's hotel is located in Bali, Indonesia.

About Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Perusahaan perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was originally a part of “Post en Telegraafdienst”, which was established in 1884. The government separated postal & telecommunication services in 1965 into two state-owned companies, PN Pos & Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, respectively.
