PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk (“the Bank”) initially was established under the name of PT Inter-Pacific Financial Corporation based on notarial deed No. 12 dated September 7, 1973 of Bagijo, SH, substitute notary of Eliza Pondaag, SH, Notary in Jakarta. PT Bank Inter Pacific, Tbk is a joint venture bank that for the previous period of 20 years operated as Non Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) and went public in August 1990.

About Sky Energy Indonesia Tbk.

PT Sky Energy Indonesia (the Entity) was established based on Notarial Deed No. 6, dated July 4, 2008 of Petrus Suandi Halim, S.H., notary in Jakarta. Initially the Entity engaged as distributor of solar modules and provider of System Integration technical services for the manufacture of Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) On-grid and Off-grid types, including technical design, installation and maintenance. in 2009 the Entity cooperated with PT Hitachi High-Technologies Indonesia to establish an international-class solar module manufacturing facility. In the year of 2012, the Entity commenced the production of solar modules with a capacity of 10 MW. By 2016, The Entity has grown to become the largest producer of solar modules in Indonesia with capacity production of 100 MW for solar modules and 50 MW for solar cells.
