PT Tanah Laut Tbk formerly PT Indoexchange Tbk (the Company) was established under the name PT Sanggrahamas Dipta based on Notarial Deed No.78 dated September 19, 1991 of Rahmah Arie Sutarjo, S.H., notary in Jakarta. The Company changed its status from Foreign Capital Investment Company to Domestic Capital Investment Company, approved by the Chairman of Capital Investment Coordinating Board in accordance with Approval Letter No. 38/V/PMDN/2008 dated September 23, 2008.

PT Telefast Indonesia Tbk (the Company) was established based on Notarial Deed No. 5, dated October 17, 2008 of Devi Prihartanti, S.H., public notary in Jakarta. The purpose and objective of Telefast's establishment is to become a retail distribution company that is based on the experience and expertise of the founder Mr. Jody Hedrian in managing Human Resources as a sales and marketing force for Communication products spread throughout the provinces of Banten and Central Java. This is done to support the system owned by PT Telefast Indonesia so that it can connect between employers and job seekers in one application. In 2019, Telefast took a corporate action by acquiring PT Emitama Wahana Mandiri (EWM) to strengthen its business structure. EWM is a company provides manpower supply that has been equipped with various licenses.
