The Company’s articles of association has been amended several times, most recently by notarial deed No. 11 of Sugito Tedjamulja, S.H., dated Mar 3, 2010, concerning among others, the change in the Company’s name and for the amendments in the company's whole articles of Association to comply with the requirements of the Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Agency.
