About Sky Energy Indonesia Tbk.

PT Sky Energy Indonesia (the Entity) was established based on Notarial Deed No. 6, dated July 4, 2008 of Petrus Suandi Halim, S.H., notary in Jakarta. Initially the Entity engaged as distributor of solar modules and provider of System Integration technical services for the manufacture of Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) On-grid and Off-grid types, including technical design, installation and maintenance. in 2009 the Entity cooperated with PT Hitachi High-Technologies Indonesia to establish an international-class solar module manufacturing facility.
